Sünopsis

Real estate madness in the year of 2006. The protagonist is an average Estonian man, Artur, who desires to find a proper housing for himself for as little money as possible. Artur consults real estate agents who assist him with the housing loan and finding possible apartments that might interest him. Artur's searches at the real estate market reflects the current situation in the business that sells dingy apartments in the "built-up area of cultural and environmental value" for millions or sometimes people buy literally air (read: designed projects) where the houses have not even been built yet. The documentary introduces the overwhelming rhythms of real estate business and the absurd efforts of our society to strive increasingly abundant lifestyle.
