KOOP CUP 1995. Gymnastics Competition in Toronto, 9/10 (1995)

All competitors from twelve participant countries are marching to the sports hall: Canada, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Finland, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan, United States of America. First the awards are given to the general winners of the youth class - Ekaterina Lebedeva (gold), Laura Martin (silver), Julie Lombara (bronze). Also, the next five best competitors are called to the podium. The Russian national anthem is being played. The three medalists of seniors' class - Janina Batyrshina (gold), Amina Zaripova (silver), Olga Mikhalskaya (bronze). The next best athletes: Nicole Gerdes, Katri Kalpala, Lenka Oulehlova, Jenny McGuire. Again, the Russian national anthem is being played. The triple victory has been achieved. Then the awards will be held to the winners in both junior and senior class in individual performances. Evelyn Koop hands over the Koop Cup main prize to the general winner Janina Batyrshina.
