Behind the Wire (2010)

The film tells the story of Guntar's life in the Cēsi correctional institution for minors. He is a very talented guy who sings and plays the guitar well. Various failures and mistakes have led him to this institution. He will soon be 18, which means he will be in adult prison. Due to various tensions and deterioration of internal relations, Guntars has been in solitary confinement for six months. We have followed his life in the institution while making this film... and we will reveal to the audience things that the public has not suspected and thought about until now.
