Sünopsis

Festive church service is held on September 25, 1988 where also Trivimi Velliste, head of Estonian Heritage Protection Society, is present. Karl Raudsepp, North-American bishop of Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church, is holding his speech that touches the soul of Estonian nation, destiny of the national flag of Estonia, consecration of Estonian flag in Otepää Church by Rudolf Kallas, and the book about Estonian flag written by Artur Taska. Karl Raudsepp is consecrating the flag as a "messenger from liberated Estonians to the fighters of the homeland". A prayer is said. The flag fabric is folded up. Everybody sings "The flag of Estonia". The scoutmaster hands the flag over to Trivimi Velliste. Sermon by dean Udo Petersoo.
