Sünopsis

Documentary portrays Estonians through one of the most ancient traditions of coastal villages – the coastal law. According to the legend, a Latvian steamboat Rasma collided with an underwater mine on the coast of Northern Estonia on July 5, 1941. The captain decided to direct the shop to the banks of Mohn island in order to save the passengers and a child, as well as the equipment of sewing factory evacuated from Riga, Husqvarna bicycles, grain and flour. Estonian-Latvian-Lithuanian co-produced documentary is searching for the bikes and sewing machines that have come from the board of Rasma, but also the facts, stories and memories related to the shipwreck in order to document the contemporary folklore.
