Ivi Eenmaa, manager of the Estonian National Library, introduces Helga and Enn Nõu the library on March 27, 1989. The Estonian Knighthood House, a building with a long history where also Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was located before the war, houses the Estonian National Library before moving to the new building.
