The drama directed by Veiko Õunpuu is based on the novel "Autumn Ball" by Mati Unt, telling the story about the residents of a dormitory suburb who are more or less connected to each other. According to the director of the film, Veiko Õunpuu, "Autumn Ball" tells about seclusion, lack of contact and inability to reach other people.
