For the sailing regatta of Moscow Summer Olympic Games in 1980, numerous buildings were constructed in Tallinn: Tallinn Olympic Yachting Centre, Linnahall, Hotel "Olümpia", Tallinn Airport, TV Tower, restaurant "Pirita" among others.
