World camp "Metsakodu" takes place in Sweden on July 19-29, 1975.

Organizing a world camp is a great challenge for the Estonian Scout Youth Association in Sweden. Participants of the camp arrive from Sweden, USA, Canada, Germany and Australia. "Eternal flame" is burning on a metal ground of the stone column near the buildings of "Metsakodu" camp. Filmmakers observe poetess Debora Vaarandi (1916–2007) in Pirita beach, on Toomemägi hill and in a cafe in Tartu, having a conversation with writers, behind her writing desk, knitting, talking to fishermen and visiting her birthplace in Saaremaa island. Voiceover by actress Kersti Kreismann who reads Vaarandi's poetry. Among other people seen in the film there are Aira Kaal, Ingrid Rüütel, Ralf Parve, Paul Kuusberg, Jaan Eilart, Vive Tolli, Lembit Remmelgas and Endel Nirk.

Textile factory "Marat" in Tallinn, Estonia, has implemented an innovative production system, the Schokino method - fewer people, more output. The overview is given by Gabriel Abramson, manager of Marat factory; Aino Tammistu, secretary of the Communist Party; and the factory workers. The new system functions well, throughput and labour productability have both increased. The factory has also innovative ways to take care of its workers: the factory has its own shop, canteen, hairdresser, doctor's office etc. The film introduces the newest types of products, modern costumes and dresses.

He has neglected his post in order to go and protect a couple in love. The adventures of the Old Thomas and the historians who are chasing him through the romantic Old Town of Tallinn and the newer district of Tallinn. The whole film has the mood of song celebrations and the characters are always accompanied by music, songs and dance.
