Estonian film director German Golub was born on February 3, 1993 in Pärnu. He finished the Pärnu Russian High School in 2012 and took the 3D graphics and visualisation course at the Tartu Art School after that. He graduated from Tallinn Polytechnic School in 2015 as the television camera operator and he has been working as freelance gaffer and cameraman in Estonian Public Broadcasting since 2016.
