Attractive bike constructor Rita has completed a brand new racing bike model called the Light Blue Antelope. She is looking for somene to test the new bike at Tallinn-Riga bicycle race but no one among the bicycle racers will agree. Then she seems to find the right solution - her new acquaintances Robert and Leo are two successful sportsmen. There are two parallel plot lines in the film: next to the abovementioned story, there is another one, an animated parody depicting the adventures of Author and Director during the film shooting and at the arts council.
