At the End of the Day (2009)

Peter returns to his parents' home in order to ask his brother Jakobi to help him out with his debts. Jakobi says no because he is against selling his grandpa's forest for money. Therefore, two worlds collapse - the village and the city, the vanishing and the blooming. As the story develops, the two brothers will step into each other's shoes, so to say, and re-evaluate their lives. Peter stays in the countryside and Jakobi decides to move to the city. Life in today's Estonia where the villages are about to disappear: small shops, bus routs and village schools are being shut down so that people have to move to bigger places, towns, and cities. There is a forest village, a village school, home and childhood. There are five people searching for happiness. There is happiness. Always there where you least expect to find it.
