Herbert Sepp from Karksi-Nuia is 83 years old, but for him this is just a number. He does headstand, runs, practices fitness exercises and is Estonian best pole vault athlete in his age group. He has been awarded with the silver medal in European track and field championships in the veterans' group; however, Herbert is dreaming about the title of World Champion. He is convinced that if he exercises and trains enough, he will be invincible.
