It is the arrogant era of early 1990s. The new currency is Estonian kroon and the former soviet republic has climbed to the top in the export of non-ferrous metals in the world. Ruthless struggle surrounds this criminal business. Underworld has become upset because of the rumour about the "red mercury" and the action begins, involving a guy called Reps who gets out of prison, his friends, the criminal investigators of the newly formed Estonian Security Police and their boss called Bulldozer.
