Textile factory "Marat" in Tallinn, Estonia, has implemented an innovative production system, the Schokino method - fewer people, more output. The overview is given by Gabriel Abramson, manager of Marat factory; Aino Tammistu, secretary of the Communist Party; and the factory workers. The new system functions well, throughput and labour productability have both increased. The factory has also innovative ways to take care of its workers: the factory has its own shop, canteen, hairdresser, doctor's office etc. The film introduces the newest types of products, modern costumes and dresses.
