Helga and Enn Nõu's trip to Canada in August 1978. They visit Niagara Falls - views from the sides of Canada and USA, powerful roaring of water, views also from the observation platform of Skylon Tower. In Toronto, they go to see the important places for expatriate Estonians, such as Toronto Estonian House, Tartu College and St. Peter's Church. Visiting writer and cultural activist Salme Ekbaum and music teacher Stella Kerson. They are dining at the restaurant of CN Tower, the highest building of the world of that time, and admiring the city views. The trip continues towards Wasaga Beach.
