Two elderly men, city officials from the environmental board, are sent to forced retirement. With their active disposition, the two men decide to take action in fighting against illegal fishing. During the boat ride they meet fishermen. However, the fishermen and the surrounding nature turns out to be far more mysterious than the two men first assume. Their boat trip to the fishermen's village will change their life forever.
