The documentary introduces Jaan Vahkel, captain of the transportation ship "Kajak"; fisherman Mihkel Oad; Kuldar Kaare, secretary of the Communist Party of collective farm "Pärnu Kalur"; Mait Metsatalu, head of department in the collective farm; Felix Kangur, head of the collective farm; Marta Vambola, head of the sewing department in construction; associate professor in economy Heino Levald and Valter Udam, the first secretary of the Pärnu disctrict committee.
