The documentary focuses on a sad topic whereas the protagonists are the neglected children without parental care, first in the children's room in the militia's office and after that taken to the orphanage, a special boarding school or in the worst case in the youth colony. Children at various ages talk about their difficult lives. Interviews with the children are sincere and honest.
