Tõnu Pääsuke is a biathlon coach in Soviet Estonia training his talented athletes Kaija Parve and Even Tudeberg for the upcoming winter olympic games in Sarajevo, 1984. The documentary shows the biathlon athletes when training and and taking part in competitions as well as in their summer camp to get physically prepared for the big competition - they make hay, heaving bags of fertilizer, running on the cross-country path and riding with rollerskates.
