The 12th general song celebration and the folk art celebration of the Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic take place on June 28-29, 1947 in Tallinn. The purpose of the large-scale event was to express the friendliness of the Soviet regime towards national culture and to adjust it to the official thesis of the Soviet Union: "Socialist in content, national in form". The documentary depicts the happy celebration of national culture of the Soviet Estonia.
