Documentary introduces modern approaches in agriculture, developing the cultivated pastures that in turn promote the increase of forage in cattle breeding and to improve its quality. Our agricultural scientists may be proud to introduce their accomplishments in the breeding of several grass plants. Globallya acute topics were discussed by the scientists at the 12th International Grassland Congress in summer 1974 in Moscow. Some of the participants of the congress also studied the accomplishments of Estonian scientists both in Saku and Jõgeva.
