Kitseküla is a small place near Aseri, a small industrial town in Estonia, where during the decades representatives of various nationalities have on their own initiative founded households for gardening and animal keeping. Kitseküla is a separate community near and inside of Aseri. Even if is no rural municipality government, Aseri has its own leaders, scapegoats, exemplary men and the poor ones. People play accordion and zither there, they listen to Tallinn and Moscow radio stations, they celebrate weddings.
