Filmmakers are searching for the similarties between the young people and a young state, they both grow up. The film tells about the members of the girls's choir of Estonian Television who started to sing together at a very young age in a state that was regaining its independence also with the support of singing at that time. The film documents the period of 1990-2004, starting from the time of the so-called Singing Revolution and Estonia regaining its independence until the joining the European Union.
