While there are too few opportunities for children with the interest towards technology to participate in various hobby groups, boys invent their own ways to get necessary parts for constructing motorbikes and ride with the bikes in the streets. This, in turn, troubles the residents of the areas surrounding Tallinn. The boys openly talk about their dissatisfaction, problems and hopes. Due to its financial difficulties the moto club cannot accept everyone to join. Several districts in Tallinn do not have either cultural or sports centres.
