The author of the documentary is mainly recalling his personal experience, events, emotions and memories. Together with the film's author there are also his close relatives and people with similar destiny met during the times in Siberia. People recollect various events in a foreign country outside Matsimärdi farm. While being based on today's beliefs, Märt Müür attempts to form a collective portrait of thousands of people with tragic destinies, once deported from Estonia to Siberia.
