Documentary about Andrus Purje, inspector of Harju County, whose everyday work offers little food for the soul. After work he becomes a romantic musician who rides on his iron-grey horse Anthony, who dreams of having a real band one day, and who considers his altar piece a sunset which can be admired on the 33-metre high limestone cliff of Tabasalu and which can never be bought and sold.
