Vitali Bonchuk, worker with a higher degree at the production industry "Vasar", is the best milling machine operator in Estonia. He is a member of the central committee of the Leninist Young Communist League. He has received numerous orders and awards for his excellent work. Reporter Mati Talvik with the filming crew goes to interview Vitali Bonchuk in the production industry "Vasar". They talk about engineering work, qualification of workers and organisatory aspects of this fielf of work. Talvik attempts to clarify why an engineer with a higher degree wants to work as a milling machine operator.
