Frantšeska Vakkum is a project manager at Kuressaare Open Youth Center. Her daily duties include working with problematic children. Franka is called the Mother of young people in Kuressaare; Franka herself thinks she is the adult friend for the children. One thing is absolutely clear for Franka - only those can work with youth who have the sense of mission. She never lost faith in the fact that she could understand and help children in order to make the world a better place.
