The documentary introducing the destiny of Estonia and its nation. The film depicts Estonian nation's life during several eras. During the bourgeous times, the film opposes a simple man doing hard work and a Bourgeois person enjoying the free time. This is followed by pivotal events – the Red Army entering Estonia, coup of June in 1940, the first session of the second staff of the State Council, declaration of the Estonian Socialist Soviet Socialist Republic.
