1946, Finnish countryside.
Due to the city being destroyed by the war, Tomi, a young schoolboy, is sent to the countryside to live with his distant uncle. After his arrival Tomi begins to suspect his uncle of hiding a dark secret, all while a dangerous presence in the forest next to the house is stalking them.
