Sünopsis

A girl (10 years old) hangs along the beach. He throws stones at the seagulls. A passing man - Man 1 - scolds her for this.
Intellectual Man 2 is homeless, he lives in the greenhouse of a woman he knows. He spends his days in the library from morning to night. When all public institutions are closed during the pandemic, he spends days traveling around the city on trains, filling his time. Under pressure from his neighbors, he is forced to leave the greenhouse. All that remains for him is the train ride.
Man 1 lives in a country house, where he is spied on and harassed by Man 4. They perform ritual-like naked wrestling in a winter forest.
Man 3 is a chronic alcoholic who suffers from paranoia and delusions. He imagines robbers breaking into his apartment, wanting to kill him. In a last ditch effort, he jumps down from the third floor. When he recovers, he calls the police. But then it turns out that the door is intact and locked from the inside. The police break down the door.
The tension between Man 1 and Man 4 culminates during a joint fishing trip where Man 4 kills Man 1. He throws the entrails of the slain into the sea to the seagulls. Man 1 turns into a seagull when he dies, remaining with the other seagulls to circle the boat and shoot the guts.
All the characters and their actions are randomly or directly related to each other, which creates unexpected and absurd coincidences.
The film ends with surreal, dreamlike action watched by a stoned girl watching the seagulls.
