Tom (2021)

The film takes us to the everyday of Tom, for whom nothing is impossible.

Tom is frying an egg to himself. He is in trouble, but you can see that he has some self irony while doing it. The egg is ready. We understand that Tom has good relationships with death, but he would not want to be dead again. Livingroom. Tom uses his teeth to turn on the radio. With a toothbursh in his mouth he sits on Google Maps and visits Irina. Tom and Jakob are siting at the kitchen table. They drink beer together and think about their future. Jakob plays his own music to Tom and they listen to the music blissfully. Jakob helps Tom to get his jacket on and Tom leaves home throgh some obstacles. Tom is by the riverside and is thoughtful and more quiet than usual. “The river brings and the river takes and that's it” Tom is in a bar with a friend. He tells the friend about how he met his wife Irina. Among other people who enjoy the summer, Tom is walking towards the sunset. Tom is at a Muay Thai sparring. He attacks his trainer swiftly. The trainer must say that Tom has lost his form recently. Tom is exhausted, but finds the energy to go on. We can hear that this time the trainer won't spare him.
