Helvi Raamat, soloist of Estonian National Opera Theatre, is rehearsing the role of Desdemona from Giuseppe Verdi's opera "Othello" in Semperoper Dresden. She has been given the opportunity to learn in Dresden Semperopera opera theatre for two and a half months, to rehearse the role of Desdemona, communicate with colleagues, hold performances. Documentary directed by Valeria Anderson observes the opera singer in rehearsals.
