Sonya, 23, is a successful Estonian fashion model. Volia, 32, explores female identity, vulnerabilities, and wants to look behind Sonya’s facade. The film exposes Sonya’s gloss during professional photoshoots, and unmasks her traumas in intimate talks with the director. While opening up those two sides of Sonya’s personality, the film shows how female friendship emerges and what women have in common.
