"The Scandal" is literally a picturesque journey, where selected works of art come to life and the moment captured in the interrupted picture survives. The work of 20th-century Estonian painters is united by the atmosphere of cafes and locales, and the film focuses on the characters in the works, whose relationships, encounters and passages live their lives smoothly.
