Tõnis Kint was the Prime Minister performing the duties of the President in 1970-1990. He is talking about his education: as a boy from the countryside, he was lucky to get to study at Tartu Secondary Science School (Realschule), continued his studies in Riga but was soon mobilized into the Russian army. The future studies were interrupted due to the wars. Kint was in Moscow in the historical year of 1917 during the revolutions, in Krasnoye Selo and Petrograd defending the Winter Palace.
