Culture award by Association of Estonians in Sweden is given to artist Endel Kõks. Jury members are: Sten Karling, Robert Heinmets, Alur Reinans, Madis Üürike, Lembit Leetma. Sten Karling and Hans Kauri are holding speeches. Hans Kauri, the chairman of the board of Association of Estonians in Sweden gives the award to Endel Kõks.
Among others, there are Ilmar Laan, Ahti Pae, Kalju Lepik, Missis Olari, Leo Karupää and others gathered in the Estonian House, Stockholm for the event.
