Poet Kalju Lepik reads his poetry in a summer cottage in the island of Väddo, Havsskogen on July 2, 1988. While browsing through a thick collection of poetry, Lepik recites a selection of poems with a solemn and tragic tone. The main themes in these poems are the destiny of an Estonian man, being without a homeland, the simultaneous fugacity and eternity of life.
