„I am fat!“ How many times have you heard someone say this? How many times have you said it yourself? How does it really feel?
Only the most perfectly shaped torso is can touch the tresholds of slimmer than slim beautystandards. We are constantly surrounded by tips and tricks for losing weight, images of bodies mastered into perfection. We are encouraged to aspire this divine shape by trainig more, eating better, being happier. Only the perfect can be loved and adimred by others, but foremost – by oneself.
