The film shows Hardo Aasmäe's (the Mayor of the City of Tallinn in 1990-1992) visit to Toronto city council where he discusses the possibilities for Tallinn and Toronto to become sister cities. He gives a short introduction about the history and present day of the City of Tallinn. He is actively supported by William Boychuk (who is originally from Ukraine) in the city council. Aasmäe gives an interview to local media channels.
