The 71st anniversary of the Republic of Estonia was celebrated in the hall of Toronto University in Canada in 1989. The event has been recorded by Edgar Väär, the video consists of different pieces. In this section the festive event continues and speeches are given by Canadian politician Tony Ruprecht and the Estonian Honorary Consul in Canada Ilmar Heinsoo. Singing of a mixed choir in national costumes finishes this piece, the song of Ülo Vinter is conducted by Roman Toi.
