Plot summary

This short film directed by Erik Hans Sepp tells a story of a thief who gets taught a lesson he will remember for the rest of his life.

The film tells a story about growing up. Rene - in his twenties - is a young man, who makes his living by stealing. When his girlfriend tells him she’s pregnant, he goes to the gas station to steal a chocolate bar for her. On his way home he notices a van with unlocked doors and a guy sleeping in the driver’s seat. He tries to open the door quietly and steal his backpack from the van, but the driver wakes up and forces Rene to sit in the van with him. Together they drive through the empty streets and end up in a strip mine, where Rene gets taught a lesson he will remember for the rest of his life.
