Plot summary

Media student Vladislav Mukovnin's short film based on the novel by Ilmar Taska and speaks of a little boy and his parents in the post-war Soviet era.

The boy is bored at home, his father does not pay attention to him and he asks to go for a walk. When he enjoys walking, he hears the sound of a car. He comes closer and sees new Victory with a man inside. Man asks him to sit into the car and tells about the technical part of the car to the boy. Boy explores every button in the car with interest, and agrees to meet next day to learn driving. At home, his father wants to show pictures to the boy, but he does not seem interested anymore. He asks to go outside. There he meets with a Victory man who teaches him driving. When boy returns home everywhere is a mess and parents are not there anymore. They are gone.
