NIcaragua authorities made an agreement with a Hong Kong enterprise HKND to start the greatest navvying work in the world history – to build a 277-metre-long ship canal through the country, connecting the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans. The documentary introduces excerpts of those against the Nicaragua Canal fighting for their human rights, public order, democracy, private property and freedom of expression.
