Sünopsis

Nine young mothers have made up their minds to found a community daycare in Tartu, Estonia. The mother's wish that their children could run and play as much as possible. The daycare is opened by the River Emajõgi where the children are outdoors during every season and almost in every weather conditions. Filmmakers follow the first year of the daycare when the roles are still shifting from being a mother and a teacher, a visionary and a practicioner. The most difficult issue is coping with the financial situation, freezing weather and public opinion. Through the dreams of young motohers the viewers learn about the more general topics – how society relates to toddlers, their health and rights.
