Anna Aaver comes from Belorussia - in 1955 she emigrated with his Estonian husband to Estonia and now works as a milkwoman in Energia collective farm in Rakvere district, Estonia. It's the early 1980s. The energetic, hard-working woman has been always among the best employees accoring to the head of the collective farm. Anna Aaver, a delegate for the 26th Congress of the Communist Party of USSR, was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labour. She has raised five children and taught them to become hard-working people as well. Despite the Soviet norms related to obligatory remarks and filming, Semyon Shkolnikov's film introduces the sincere nature of a simple, good-hearted and hard-working woman.
