The film shows the farewell to the ashes of Aleksei Müürisepp in the concert hall of Estonian National Opera Theatre, the funeral procession and burial service in Metsakalmistu, Tallinn. Archival film materials about Aleksei Müürisepp's meetings in Kremlin, Ulyanovsk, Tehumardi, Kunda and elsewhere. Georg Ots, Enn Põldroos, Vladimir Beekmann, Juhan Smuul, Vladimir Alumäe, Lembit Kaik, Tiit Kuusik, Artur Vader, Valter Klauson, Johannes Käbin and many others can be seen on the screen.
