Incisive documentary on problematic issues - about the deficiencies and inability to co-ordinate the designing and production process of ploughing machinery for the high-capacity tractors. The filmmakers interview the chief engineers and other managers of the Soviet production associations Soyuzpochvoma and Odessapochvomash. The documentary was completed in collaboration with the Estonian Agricultural Technology Association.
