Igor Tõnurist's extensive knowledge about folk instrument music, folk songs and folk dance is awe-inspiring. Folk costumes and the wearing traditions serve as a special place in Tõnurist's research. It is his life's work to study Estonian heritage, to preserve it and pass it to the future generations.
